how long until my order arrives?
This isn't an overnight rush delivery kind of deal folks, so please don't wait until the last minute if you're up against a birthday or holiday deadline.
Printing and shipping times vary depending on product and destination. For US orders, I press, pack and ship everything personally and it's usually on its way in about a week. For international orders, I dropship which means fewer product options and more variable fulfillment times.

Christmas order deadline is generally the first week of December and will be announced on Mighty Bear Prints social media.
 
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled by emailing paige@mightybearprints.com within 12 hours of placing an order. Changes to an order that do not affect price (e.g., shirt color or size, Name Plate letter substitution, etc.) can also be made within this window.

Returns
Non-customized items in unopened/new condition can be returned within 30 days of ship date. Email paige@mightybearprints.com for instructions. Item price (not including original shipping cost) will be refunded. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Customized items (Name Plates, personalized posters, apparel with any backprinting) are not eligible for return.

Sizing and Material?
All shirts are 100% cotton. Adult t-shirts are in US sizes, which typically run a size larger than UK sizing. Size guides can be found on the individual product pages.

Additional Color Options?
Don't see the shirt color or back design you want for a particular shirt? I'm all about hyper custom. Simply add a note on the checkout page with your request and I'll follow up.

Additional sizes available?
Shirts up to a 3XLT are available in select colors for a $10 extra charge. Simply add a note on the checkout page with the size and color you want and I'll follow up.

NAMEPLATES​

Mounting Options?
Print: You could hang this up any way you'd hang a photo (tape, thumb tacks, magnets, etc.) but it would do best in a frame for quality long term display.
Foamcore Mount: 3/16" (5mm) polystyrene backing sturdy enough to display on a mini easel but easily lightweight enough to hang without drilling into the wall.
Gatorboard/PVC Mount: Dense foam core to keep it lightweight and a rigid wood fiber veneer exterior for enduring quality. Wall-ready; no framing necessary.

Can I Order Multiple Name Plates at Once?
Yes. Just enter the name associated with each Name Plate bear in the space provided and carefully review your cart to confirm you've added all the letters you need before you place your order.

Can I Special Order My Own Custom Theme?
Want to use your team colors or match an existing room with a specific shade? Sure thing. A $3 per bear image processing charge will be added to your order. Email paige@mightybearprints.com with your custom request.

What If My Name Is Really Short?
For names three letters long or less, you can pick two additional bears (AKA Wing Bears) to fill out the Nameplate so you're not left with too much blank space. Add them to your cart exactly as you do the rest of your bears, just answer "Yes" the Wing Bear product question. Wing Bears will (obviously) not include the letter part.

What If My Name Is Really long?
The maximum length that can fit aesthetically on a Name Plate is eight letters. For names exceeding that limit, consider a nickname, surname or initials with Wing Bears. If it's critically important that the full name be printed, email paige@mightybearprints.com for a custom quote.

Why Do Name Plate Bears Cost $0.01?
Because if the item price is zero, the cart thinks it's out of stock and won't add it. To help offset this extra cost, use promo code "NICKEL" at checkout.
